Inviting a visitor to the UK/ Post study Work

Do you need to extend your Visa? Do you know you can get free advice from the Student Union on all aspects of extending your visa? Do you know the Students’ Union can send your application to the UK Border Agency on your behalf?

We can check your form and documents, give you advice on the immigration rules you will need to meet and we can post your application to the UK Border Agency (UKBA) for you.

If you would like your student visa extension application checked then ring the Centre or come in to book an appointment

You can print off the forms you need to extend your stay below. We check to make sure that these links are always up to date but please note that the Home Office can amend its forms at anytime. Please check with us before sending your forms off to ensure that you have the correct version.

Tier 4 (Student) form and Guidance Notes

If you have dependants here in the UK with you and they need an extension too, they need to fill in their own form. You need a separate form for each dependant. Take time to read the dependant guidance notes on the UKBA website.
